36 weeks

I take a picture every week BUT I forget to post them :) Here is my picture from today. I am 36 weeks today and have less than a month to go!!! (Sunday was my month mark!) We had a little scare last week, which really was just annoying because you kind of get excited (ok, a lot excited) and then NOTHING! Now I'm really anxious to meet Robert and hold him and kiss him and love him. Bryce gave me an amazing blessing last week and I feel at total peace with the upcoming birth. I'm SUPER SCARED but know everything will be alright! 28 days and counting. I had originally decided that the 8th or 9th would be perfect for this little man to come but now I'd be alright if he came tomorrow ;). J/K (kind of!)

After looking at this picture....seriously when did my boobs and belly become ONE? Oh my heavens, what am I going to do when my milk comes in!

34 weeks!!!

Wow! I didn't realize I was slacking on the blog posts. This is my 34 week picture and a picture of my feet last week! They were having MAJOR issues! They're all better now! A lot has happened in the past two weeks, but mainly we got Robert's room all put together. The only left to do in there is get all Bryce's tools OUT! He likes to leave his tools in the house! Silly Boy! I'll post some pictures of his room after I take them. Oh! I guess I need to hang all the pictures and everything like that :) But all his clothes are put away and his furniture is where we're keeping it AND we got a rocker recliner last weekend as well and I LOVE IT. I read my book in it last night! It was heaven. I also caught Bryce in there sitting in the dark TWICE this weekend. He's really nervous but he's getting really excited!! We did the baby's room Saturday of Labor Day weekend and Monday we cleaned the garage so now we can fit the 4-Runner in the garage so that I don't have to scrape windows in the mornings during the winter!!! wahoo!!! This weekend I have to go thru all the boxes we brought into the house and get the guest room all put back together :) Then I really only have my craft room left to organize and our house will be all put together :) WOW! What would that be like! Can't believe that the baby will be here in about 39 days! Give or take a few :) Robert and I had a little discussion this morning (I was having some pretty bad contractions from throwing up :() and we agreed he'd come in 28 days if he wouldn't come today. So Yeah! :) He better not back out on his part of the deal.

32 Weeks

Wow! My counter says 52 days today. Boy are we getting excited. Bryce said the sweetest thing the other day about being excited. I know he's been pretty nervous about the whole thing. I mean, what 23 year old man isn't nervous about his first baby. Oh, what MAN isn't nervous about providing for his family let alone at 23. Bryce is going to be a great day and I'm so excited for the fun times he'll get to have with Robert. My pregnancy hormones are definately kicking in. I cried for no reason last night, well, I think I'm just getting more and more tired all the time and my reflexes are off and so I was frustrated that I almost got in a car accident AGAIN! It doesn't help that I leave for the house at 7 to catch the 7:30 train to then get home around 7 because I'm picking Bryce up from work. Thank heavens we only have 2 more weeks of having a cast!!! Maybe he can drive with his walking boot! I'm hoping because I need to not be driving. I leave for St. George in about an hour to go to the Tuachann plays with Shelley (Bryce's mom). We went last year and had so much fun and I'm super excited to get away. Brionne (Bryce's sister) sent out baby shower invitations today for our Utah Baby shower. Really excited about that. The Vegas shower won't be until AFTER Robert arrives. There was only one weekend we could do it (because we didn't do it this month) and my mom will be in San Diego for a work thing with my Dad. SOOOOOOOO we're putting it off until Novemeber which will be fine, I'm sure EVERYONE will be sad about seeing the baby at the shower instead of PREGO mommy. Ok, no one is going to care :)

29 weeks

I don't have a picture from 28 weeks. We went camping last week and I didn't take one. I will post some camping pictures as soon as my mom emails them. They didn't get home until last night....well this morning...they blew a tire on the Excursion outside of St. George and then one on the trailer outside of Vegas!!! Poor parents.

Robert is growing well! When I sit at work he's up in my ribs and it's pretty uncomfortable BUT so exciting at the same time. Last night, I had to push his little tush cuz it was stretching my skin too much but it was so fun to actually feel it. I can't believe I'm to the point where I can feel him like that. 11 weeks left! WOW! Are we ready??? HAHA, yeah right! But I'm super anxious to see what he looks like and to cuddle and kiss him. Until then.....there is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOo much to do!!

27 weeks/6 months

Now you can tell I'm prego! WOW!

22 weeks and Lung Doc Appointment

Yes! I know it's in the bathroom at work again, but I didn't want to forget tonight. I am 22 weeks today! Only 18 left!! I can't believe it. On Saturday it's 4 months left! WOW! Little Robert is working his muscles to be a great Butterfly swimmer like his Uncle Dougie and his mommy used to be. Holy cow! Sometimes he just goes crazy on my left side. Luckily it just is soft right now. I can only imagine what it's going to turn into :)

Yesterday I went and say the Lung Specialist. After a few tests---lung capacity and oxygen levels sitting and walking around and a few other things I met the doctor. Everything was within "Normal" range but I'm on some pretty high doses of inhalers and such so He's keeping at the high levels and I'm to continue using my breathing machine as needed (I got a pretty new one yesterday ($250 later---thank you insurance!) and I have to see him monthly until Little Robert graces us with his presence. There is a high chance I'll have to be on steriods (not muscle steriods people) the last 6-8 of my pregnancy the way things are going. I also got a really good blessing on Saturday night. I am a very anxious person and I am NOT medicated right now and so I was getting really anxious about my breathing having a bad effect on our little one, but I was reassured that he would have no negative effects from this little episode! THANK HEAVENS! I didn't care about getting better or anything else, I was just worried about him and everything will be ok! I told Bryce that the doctor said to continue with the breathing machine for once a week and then just as needed but Bryce says last night, I think then after a week you should go every other day to make sure you're doing well without having that extra medicine. He's so cute and I'm so grateful for him and for the love that he has for me. He's been so concerned and it's so sweet!

Bryce also said to me the other day that he can't wait until this baby gets here. 20 weeks is long enough for a pregnancy. So I asked him why and he said he wants to play with him and hold him and love him. Ahhhhh.....so sweet and then he said and then he can get big and we can go 4-wheeling more! LOL! There is always a little underlying reason for things! I love you boo! and our Little Jelly Bean :)

20 weeks

You're at the halfway mark — congratulations! Your baby weighs about 10 1/2 ounces now. He's also around 6 1/2 inches long from head to bottom and about 10 inches from head to heel — the length of a banana. (The way your baby is measured changes now.) He's swallowing more these days, which is good practice for his digestive system. He's also producing meconium, a black, sticky by-product of digestion. This gooey substance will accumulate in his bowels, and you'll see it in his first soiled diaper (although some babies pass meconium in the womb or during delivery).

10 Weeks Prego

So I uploaded a small picture because this picture just makes me look fat. I seriously can't believe I'm showing already. I really haven't gained weight, it's just all shifted to my chest and belly! The look on my face is because I'm trying to suck in as much as possible, but its not working very well. Yikes!!! Well, this is what the "experts" say about our little one....Although he's barely the size of a kumquat — a little over an inch or so long, crown to bottom — and weighs less than a quarter of an ounce, your baby now has completed the most critical portion of his development. This is the beginning of the so-called fetal period, a time when the tissues and organs in his body rapidly grow and mature. If you could take a peek inside your womb, you'd spot minute details, like tiny nails forming on fingers and toes (no more webbing) and peach-fuzz hair beginning to grow on tender skin.
